Questions

Do participants need an account or an app?
No. They scan the QR code or type the join code and a web page opens in their browser. Only the trainer needs an account.
Does it work online?
Yes. Paste the join link in your Zoom or Teams chat and share the presenter screen. It's the same session as in the room.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do seats work on the Organization plan?
Everyone who can log in uses a seat: participants, trainers, admins and owners. The minimum is 3 seats, and you can add more at any time.
